Getting the most out of it
- Suppress against your CRM before you buy. Paying twice for a contact you already own is the quietest way to inflate your cost per deal.
- Test verticals in pairs. Running two industries side by side on the same copy tells you more than five at once.
- Send from a secondary domain. Cold volume on your primary domain is a short-term gain and a long-term outage.
Questions on MCA Email Leads
How are the email addresses verified?
Records run through syntax and domain checks, MX validation, and mailbox-level verification before delivery, with a rolling re-verification pass on anything held in inventory. Any record that fails verification is removed before the file reaches you rather than counted against your order.
Are these leads exclusive to my shop?
Both options exist. Exclusive records are suppressed permanently from every other account, so no other shop receives them from us. Shared records cost less per unit and go to a limited number of buyers. Exclusivity is chosen per order, and territory or vertical locks can be arranged on ongoing programs.
How do I receive the leads?
CSV or XLSX download, direct push into your CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, Pipedrive), a webhook per record, or an SFTP drop on a schedule. CRM delivery includes tagging, source attribution, and owner assignment.
Is there a minimum order?
Orders start small enough to test a vertical before committing budget. Pricing improves with volume and with ongoing programs rather than one-off pulls. The exact minimum depends on how tightly filtered the request is — a narrow single-state, single-vertical box has a different floor than a national pull.
