Use this page to be permanently removed from our marketing data and from every campaign we or our clients run using our records.
What removal does
Your email address and business record are added to our global suppression list. That list is permanent, applies across every account and every campaign, and is checked before any file is delivered. Once suppressed, your record cannot be re-added by a future data pull.
How to request removal
Email sales@mcaemailleads.com with the subject line "Opt Out" and include the email address or addresses you want removed, plus your business name if you want the whole record suppressed rather than one address. You can also use the unsubscribe link in any message you received, which processes immediately.
Timing
Requests are processed promptly and well inside the ten business day window required by the CAN-SPAM Act. In practice, suppression is applied the same business day.
If you received email from one of our clients
Suppressing your record with us removes it from files we supply going forward. It does not remove you from data that client obtained from another source. If you received a message from a specific sender, use the unsubscribe link in that message as well, and tell us who it was so we can suppress the record on our side.
